Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Bell Peppers (Asian Style)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Toss beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan, add oyster sauce, stir well. Cook for 2–3 more minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
